Where it excels and where it fails
The garden is beautiful! Really good breakfast choices and hot showers add to a lovely stay.
Loud nights could disturb light sleepers. Navigating stairs may be tough for some guests.

The location was peaceful and perfect, the staff were especially helpful. I got to the airport within 30 minutes' drive. They offered huge and brand-new rooms with queen sized bed, nice view, for instance.
Wi-Fi signal was very weak, made me a little nervous.

Quiet location, a couple of blocks away from City of Cuzco, really enjoyed this place. Also, in the beautiful quiet garden. Savoury and marvellous selection for breakfast with always available hot water for coca tea and eggs to order and granola.

The staff provided excellent service, holding our bags for free while we ventured on the Salkantay Trek. The breakfast selection blew me away. So many options available, and they made eggs to order just the way I liked them. My room was clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, feel like a retreat after long days exploring. The courtyard outside offered a lovely spot to unwind. I had to mention that the stairs leading up to the hotel could be tricky, especially with heavy luggage, so just be prepared for that. The heating system could improve. It only works at night, which left the room a bit chilly during the day. Despite that, the location was spot on, close enough to the main square and great restaurants. As for the shower, it took some time to get the temperature right, but hot water was available! Great experience, just some minor things to consider.

The truth you're looking for
A beautiful hotel in a prime location! We were charmed by the traditional architecture and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and equipped with local decor. The peaceful courtyard was a retreat after touring, and the included breakfast was decent. Great value for money, we highly recommend this gem!

The courtyard outside was pretty and inviting.
I was disappointed with the lack of hot water from the sink, and it was quite cold overall. The noise from nearby guests left me restless at night, especially since I was on the ground floor next to the reception area. Navigating the stairs with heavy luggage was also a hassle, and I wish the hotel had better communicated this prior to my arrival.

Booked a standard double room, but was shocked by the 50 stairs-who needs a workout on vacation? Absolutely no hot water in the sink, just what I needed after a long day. I almost gave a good review until I realized they didn't even offer me a room upgrade for my troubles. How rude!

The kids enjoyed the darts at the inn, and it was a delight to unwind after a day exploring. The breakfast was fantastic, especially with the variety of fresh options that pleased everyone, including my aunt.
My kids wished there were more activities for them to enjoy around the hotel.

The bright, airy room was a good retreat. And the lovely garden area provided a peaceful escape after a day of exploring. Breakfast was included and the variety was excellent!
But the heating could be better, it only worked at night.

Enjoyed the delicious breakfast with fresh pancakes and helpful kitchen staff. Nice rooms and friendly atmosphere.
One downside was the shower temperature control, which took some time to figure out. Just be aware that there are stairs to climb, so plan accordingly, especially if you have heavy luggage.
